Food Festivals are a Celebration of a particular type of cuisine with a plethora of authentic delicacies. It’s an extravagant feast for the tummy and a treat for the eyes.  Food not only satisfies hunger and makes your belly happy but also pleases your mind, contents your heart and delights your senses with the heavenly bliss making you to temporarily forget life’s problems and tensions.

Food- Fantastic. Magnificent Presentation. Superb variety. Mocktails are nice and refreshing. Choices of salads is terrific.

Gilafi Sheek Kebab was incredible with an explosion of flavours on the palate.

I relished the Raan (Mutton Leg). It was cooked impeccably causing the delicate pieces of lamb to peel of the bone and had the right balance of spice and marination.

Nawabi Chicken Tangri was remarkable. Succulent and Perfectly grilled.

Vegetarian starters were also excellent. Mushroom Galouti was outstanding and melted in the mouth. Vegetable Murtaksh Rolls were Crispy on the outside and had good soft stuffing with cheese inside making it fabulous. Shallow Fried Beetroot Shammi Kebab was stupendous. I wouldn’t mind replacing my kheema ones with these as a close substitute.

The biryanis were exceptional. 8 different styles including Bhori, Rajasthani, Kucchi and Nawabi.

Whole lamb Biryani was phenomenal. It has a tempting aroma of basmati rice emanating from it and tender meat soaked in its masala.

All the curries looked attractive. Had space only to try the Lal Maas gravy which was Ideal in Richness, texture and taste.

Top pick was Quail Biryani because it is unusual and the tiny bird was the most delicious.

Desserts are brilliant. Right from delightful Indian sweets like pedas, jamun, ladoo and halwa to exemplary Continental Classics such as pastries, tarts and puddings and of course Ice Cream. My Favourite was the chocolate peanut butter bar, panna cotta, pavlova and banoffee mousse.

However the fish was average and needed more seasoning. Prawns were ordinary due the thick outer coating that was too overpowering.  (8/10)

Ambience- Amazing. Marvellous Indian Touch to a Modern and Luxurious Design. Spectacular layout. Well spaced out Arrangement. Comfortable sofas for seating. Beautiful lighting and elegant decor. Exuberant atmosphere. Impressive buffet spread.  (8/10)

Service- Splendid. Quintessential Fine Dining Restaurant. Wonderful welcome and great hospitality. Courteous, polite, friendly, efficient, attentive and well trained staff but are a little bit slow.  Hotel valet parking available. An enjoyable and memorable experience overall and an exciting place to be at. (7/10)

It is priced at Rs. 1099 per person plus tax.
