India is home to diversified cuisines from all around the world. Street food has been modernized and advanced to the next level by hugely popular Food Trucks touring the city of Bengaluru. This one in particular is famous and one of the Top Ten in India. It serves original quintessential dishes available in lanes of France- something different and unique for the locals . The surging crowd always found around the vehicle called Le Casse Croute bears testimony to this statement.
The menu is really exciting. Frites- elevated version of double cooked French fries are outstandingly brilliant and incredible. The splendid Monsieur Le Goff (Prawns Croque) is phenomenal. The impressive Monsieur Dupleix (Chicken and Mayo Croque) is fantastic. Taste is perfect for those who are not fond of too much spice. I have no words to describe the absolutely amazing and my favorite Creme de la Creme that is blissful and out of this world. The thickness, sweetness and the wonderful flavor of caramel makes it a truly remarkable dessert. Although the Cool Marie- watermelon drink is refreshing, I did not like it much because I am not a fan of basil.
Be assured of high standards of hygienic. Quality is top notch. Cleanliness is much better than some restaurants. Often seen in Lavelle Road, Manyata Tech Park and Indiranagar. If you spot a navy blue truck with a red cap and white mush symbol, blindly head towards it and grab the opportunity to feast on a plethora of exquisite stuff. Price? I wouldn’t mind even emptying my pockets to delight my palate and treat my round belly to happiness. With that I leave you to try it for yourself after which you would give a standing ovation and cheer for Le Casse Croute. Bon Appetite!
