Anda Kheema Roti

‘The Best Food May be available in five star hotels but the tastiest is on the street.’ Ladies and Gentlemen let me present to you a classic delicacy available in a mini restaurant attached to the MM Road Mosque called Charminar Kabab Paradise. It is known by various names in different places. Englishmen call it Minced Lamb Meat Stuffed Flatbread while others serving rolls name it Baida Roti. I have had numerous types of kheema parathas in many restaurants but trust me nothing beats the one made by this impressive small joint in Frazer Town for just Rs.80. One of the reasons for Charminar’s success is a great demand for this wonderful item that attracts a lot of people. It can be had anytime-morning, afternoon, evening or night and will indeed satisfy your tummy. Crispy on the top, juicy in the centre and soft below makes the Anda Keema Roti sumptuous and a fantastic treat. The Rumali roti is folded in a remarkably unique manner to make 3 layers with chicken/meat and onions in the middle and is fried till it gets a brownish colour. An exact whole square shape makes it easier to eat, serve and also to cut into smaller pieces. If you eat this once, I am sure you will keep coming back to fulfill your cravings.
